Version 0.3 - New map and better UI!

Updates include:
- Menu system to pause/restart/exit (press escape to access)
- New map that is just a placeholder until I finish the Qodot prototype. Fly around and see what you find!
- Updated visuals to include a blurred rotor system
- Added altitude limiting and general aerodynamic enhancements to make the helicopter more responsive
